You've got a point. I think? Anyway, the rest of the world can do what ever it wants. I've tried to point out that there is a difference in how the legal system veiws the term "not guilty," and what common sense would indicate outside the legal system. By your heart and God's judgement, if you are not guilty, that means exactly the same as innocence. To me innocence involves lack of guilt not lack of ability to prove guilt; as in the legal system. If that's offensive to you and bob, I am sorry. I don't need to harp on it any more.

<<<< OK. To sum it up, courts give two kind of verdicts : "Guilty" and "Not Guilty". And in the latter case, in case you didn't like the verdict, you have the right to keep on harping that "not guilty" is not the same as "innocent" while the rest of the world moves on... :-)>>>

Yeah...and the defendent walks free. In his world it would be "you've been found not guilty but since you're not guilty but still not innocent either you gotta come back and visit the court every so often and tell us what you're up to!" LOL! I'll say one thing...I have to have some warped admiration for anyone that could find an issue you an d I agree on! LOLX2!!
