Mike, I actually looked into that but couldn't make the connection between the SEC sweep of pump and dump schemes and ELGT. ELGT does/did use The Hawke Group hawkegroup.com But, near as I can tell, they don't seem to be one of the pump and dumps. About that time there was news about an SEC sweep against Internet stock fraud, but I couldn't connect that with ELGT or Hawke either.
