Radim, Re: FROM MM: The proxy was based on what FNTN was told to put in by lawyers. Due to FNTN being not reporting at this time the amount of information in the proxy was limited. To me this says, the company being a non-reporting company has no legal requirement to provide more information, we asked our lawyers. Reporting companies have no problem providing more information on these kinds of issue. Are you saying the non-reporting companies are legally required to not give any information? Give me a break!! Tom

heyy radim, Thank you for your post. For management to backpeddle and accuse their Attorneys of misguiding them is INSULTING. There is a distinctive pattern of information no we didn't say that we meant this going on and it is INSULTING. Do I take this personal, damn straight I do, because I put my name out here after my visits and not one iota of what I was told has come to fruition publically. Shit if I took the time could go back and recount all that I said after first visit and check off what has been done I would save save ink.
