Using grandiose statements such as:
"Short sellers imo are the saviors of the Market." and "I feel morally vindicated"

I don't buy your BS. I put it to you that you're real motivation is profit, and don't try deny it! I've got you on my "watch" list.

Profit is profit. It works both ways. It always has and it always will. When trading individual stocks the only necessities are diligence and information...psychological, technical, and/or fundamental. If you're on the wrong side...you lose if you don't "get it" early enough. The biggest difference between long and short is that there are 2 kinds of long positions; investing for the long haul and trading in and out. For shorts, it's mainly a trading environment. I've never heard any short say they are "invested" on the short side. The whole question is absolutely academic though. It all boils down to buy low, sell high and it really doesn't matter in which order you do it.
