I bet ya Nasdaq concluded--particularly if there was a protesting ex-SIMer party in the negotiations--that the whole deal was so complicated that every single dot of the i became required and thus ESVS, under more stringent standards than ZULU, needed expicit shareholder approval to go forward.

How ironic in that virtually all of us, including myself, presumed the problem was on the Zulu side. At least I had part of it right, however, in that the original 20/20 stock swap never became effective, and thus the reason for the delisting.

We should take comfort that the delisting was, in fact, due to a technicality in the procedure and not anything else, as some have suggested.

Re:Zulu's Goodies
Terry are you so moronic that you cant understand that ESVS has been
funding Zulu all year...absconding with goodies...duh!! They probably
wish the babbling fools on this thread who are so critical had stepped
up and funded ZULU's "goodies" deficit and growth expenses. I am
frequently amazed how some one so stupid could buy a computer,Duh...
