I have not performed much research into this "new" company, but did research the old one fairly well. I followed the "merger", and all it did was allow a small company a shell to go public.

They MAY have their act together, but too many things just still smell rotten. The number of shares, the number of family members involved, the lack of success of any of the companies, etc... I'm not saying that their latest/greatest won't be successful, but the hype is deceptive. I'm just for looking into it before hyping either way.

Mismanagement is still prevalent. It's evident that this company is trying to create hype prematurely. You don't announce the "Reconstruction of a site" in a press release. You wait until the site is fully functional and announce the opening. You also don't post on your site the opening date, and then at the end of the day, put up a shell that anyone could develop within minutes (Excluding the ugly picture).

The concept may prove profitable, but I'm still skeptical. The company needs to have its act together before promoting the site.

Even if they do eventually put together a decent site, I'm not sure how many of the affluent people in the world will shop on the Internet. Has any study revealed that a market exists?

Will the site be just a shell linked to other store's sites giving SFAD click through dollars, or is SFAD actually selling the product?

I'd be scared to order a product from a company that doesn't have enough staff to answer the phones, and I'm not sure the Click through approach will work since a user can go directly to the individual sites bypassing incybermall.com altogether. It's not as if this site has another product or service to attract people, and promote a click through.

If the stock price receives a spike on monday, I would recommend everyone to at least sell enough shares to recoup your initial investment. If you don't, you may be sorry. All the other sites this company has produced are lame, and this one may follow the same course. Don't try to get greedy with your investment.
