Haven't perused year2000.com in sometime, but I usually follow Y2Ktoday.com and Y2Knews.com. I have yet to find anyone knowledgable and involved in Y2K related issues who has anything positive to say about Asia or Latin America. Especially Brazil, who until recently made it very difficult to import foreign computer technology into the country. But hey.. who cares?? We still have a highly liquid market, declining interest rates, no inflation on the horizon, robust jobs creation, the impeachment hearings quickly losing steam....
