Jack White is the one who has 100% margin rqt on internet, Pershing is their clearing firm who I guess requires it. Talk about having a bad day to go from 50% margin to 100% in one day then require you to sell or pay up is really a disservice. Here we have a great day for buying and I'm frozen until next week. Good I at least have another account to dabble with in the meantime.

Since I don't have any extra cash to buy Mylanta, I came up with some numbers. All of them beat the 0.39$/sh loss. The gross margin is trending upward for the last 3 quarters. I get 10.7% (probably high) for Q3 99 with a net sales of 40.3 mil (450K/day). The crux is the sales/marketing expense. With est of 10 mil??? for sales and marketing, genral/admin, plus tech/develop I get a 0.26$/sh loss at 9.5% gross margin I get a 0.28$/sh loss.

From this it seems the increasing customer base and the increasing number of repeating customers should further reduce relative percentage of the sales and marketing expenses. At 280K/day (quadratic fit of the net sales figs from the last 5 quarters) I get 0.34$/sh loss at 9.5% GM with 10 mil sales and other expenses.

Any comments?
