Guys What great news this is! Well the only good news about all of this is I won't have to read the ridiculous posts on this thread anymore. All this crap is about as bad as the management that WAS in this company. I can now give my stock certs to my Mom for Christmas and she can wallpaper that bathroom she has been wanting to do for a long time. To say management was not there AGAIN must be registering some guilt within yourself, because the facts are management was there, fighting, reasoning, not wanting to give in.
