I will give you one good reason, From the Yahoo thread BTW:

This post identifies Mr. Lehman as a sort of rainmaker. Will he be NM's rainmaker?

He started Premiere Radio with $30,000 and sold it to Jacor for approx $18,000,000 within 6 years of its creation. While at Jacor he continued to grow the business and was astute enough to buy into Broadcast.com in its infancy (this is why the CEO of Broadcast sits on the NM Board and NM signed the previously announced exclusive deal with Broadcast). He would not have Sam Zell as an investor if he had not delivered the goods at Jacor.

Lehman has a good reputation on the Street as a result of his Jacor/Premiere days. Those in the radio biz speak highly of him and his team. See prior posts by Tv manager type as an example.
