I got the feeling from the announcement that it's pretty certain that they will get approval, just a question how long it will take. This is what was made public.. Biotime declined to discuss the FDA's questions except to say that it will be able to answer the questions immediately and that the company remains hopeful Hextend will be approved for use within two or three months. ''We are extremely pleased with the FDA's response,'' Chief Executive Dr. Paul Segall said in a statement.
