Canadian - that explains it. No wonder the man has no understanding of the term "un American", and has so much contempt for American business. Now he would have us believe that the SEC has time to check these lengthy filings - but no time to check simple 1 page press releases that are often prepared with the help of experts experianced in the dissemination of news. More untruths: "The SEC (and other regulatory agencies) don't have sufficient staff and resources to monitor every press release and every company."
