Good Morning Everyone,
In the past week Kathy Knight McConnell did a very nice and positive
write-up in her "Investor To Investor" newsletter concerning DCI
Telecommunications. I do not take much stock in 70-80% of the
newsletters that I have access to for various reasons. Many do not
disclose their position in the stock, others do not disclose the fact
that they are being compensated in one form or the other. and others
write newsletters for the mere purpose of driving stock prices higher
while they sell into the run-up.
I have been receiving Kathy's "Investor To Investor" newsletter and
updates for quite some time. Since someone on Silicon Investor
questioned her authenticity I felt I should take the time to do an
in-depth synopsis concerning Kathy-Knight McConnell.
First of all, Kathy took 2 months to do a complete "due diligence" on
DCI Telecommunications. She was not compensated in any way, shape, or
form by DCI. You will find that Kathy will always make full disclosure
about her position in the stock as well as full disclosure if she has
been compensated for any services rendered. She will follow each
recommendation on a daily basis and keep you updated with any news or
changes of opinion. I have found her to be a rare and refreshing breath
of fresh air in this particular domain of "stock newsletters".
At my request, Kathy was nice enough to put together a profile of her
work with several links that you may use to make your own judgment.
I have never made a recommendation concerning a stock newsletter to my
E-Mail group or on a public forum. The one recommendation that I did
make in the past was a news forwarding service run by Kerry Goodson
(BBNS). In this case, I would highly recommend that everyone take the
time to read the following profile that Kathy put together for me and be
sure to visit the links that she has provided. It is rare to see a
newsletter dedicated to companies that have great potential for
long-term growth in the OTC-BB arena. This is why I am breaking
precedent to recommend "Investor To Investor" to you.
In closing, I would personally like to thank Kathy for providing me with
the information I requested and urge everyone to consider taking a look
at what Kathy has to offer. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Disclaimer: Knight-McConnell Information Retrieval Service and Investor to
Investor Newsletter is not nor does it claim to be a licensed stock broker,
analyst or financial advisor. This service and newsletter has been set up
strictly to provide research information. I and my research helpers take no
responsibility for decisions made by individual investors based upon
information provided. All research is provided for informational purposes
only. I will not write about stocks that I have not purchased in the open
market as an investor, like you, and I refuse to take any money, stock or any
other incentives from any company whatsoever in return for writing about the
company or it's stock. If in the course of my contact with said company(s) I
should be instrumental in providing Internet consultation services or making
introductions to other parties who may be in a position to help said companies
and it is totally unrelated to my writing about said company(s), it is not
beyond the realm of possibility that payment for those particular services
might be received. In that event I will make full disclosure. I may on
occasion trade shares of stock that I have purchased and am under no
obligation to announce all of those trades. However, if I should sell a
position due to adverse conditions, I will so inform my readers of that
adverse condition so that they may make their own evaluations in that regard.
Investor to Investor is a subscription based newsletter. All subscription
fees are nominal and cover the costs of research and time spent compiling
information on publicly traded companies. The first issue is always free to
new subscribers.

NOTE:

1) I am in receipt of a certificate for 24,500 restricted (and as yet
unregistered) shares of NPCT stock as payment for an "introductory fee" to
certain parties in Switzerland.

2) I have recently been retained by DCH Technologies, Inc. to write their
press releases on a per release payment schedule. No shares have been offered
or received.
