Mike. The market has had a lot of time to assess the potential. And it priced it at $1. - $1.75 before this week. Yes its a great victory that 1) they are in business 2) they made a profit this year on increased revenues (decreased hardware sales, btw - customer base isn't exactly exploding) 3) etc. But the business doesn't strike me as unique or protected. I've read as much a description as I believe is out there. What do you know that I don't? It looked pretty simple to me. Educate me, I have no preconceptions. Thus far at the price it traded today I don't believe it is yet too highly priced as a speculation. Greg
