Mark, I cannot speak on behalf of the other parties you mentioned. I do not know them from Alice In Wonderland. If you think its un-ethical to short and bash a stock, those doing so (with that intention) might think its an opportunity instead. Money drives people to do different things. As for me, I am not bashing. As described by the Websters New World Dictionary (1987)...to bash is too hit hard. I do not hit hard. I point out inconsistencies with the ability of this stock to be supported by the company and its very obvious of the manipulation going on in light of. I suppose, if DGIV really wanted too, they could try to pursue a case againest the so-called bashers if they felt the information was negligent or detrimental to the company. That is when I would agree about illegalities.... But its not my call... Mrs. Cleaver
