I'll just respond with this statement and let the story of ECHO play out for itself. A friend of mine has a small business. He has a Verifone machine in his office for processing credit card transactions. His is a service type business, not a retail business. He pays a percentage on each transaction processed through that machine, plus a monthly fee. Now his business doesn't produce the number of transactions as say a large retail business, but never the less he pays for the transactions. And it adds up quickly.
