Lamar,
When your friend returns to a lucid state, remind him that he wrote...."you can carry a technology or patent at any value on your books". Remind him that RDOX first tried to carry this "asset" on their books for $5 Million dollars, however, they were forced to readjust their books to show the asset at $1500. If this wasn't the case, why did RDOX state this in their filings with the SEC. Remind him that it is RDOX's own document stating this information. As for your friends assertion about buying a piece of property for $50,000 and it now being worth $500,000, yes, you can carry this on your books at the higher amount if the property is appraised at that rate. How does your friend think people get home equity loans on their property if a lender isn't aware what the property is currently worth. Your friend cites Accounting 101 and then merely proves by his statements that he failed the course. I repeat again for your friends edification...."you can not carry an asset on the books for an amount in excess of it's true value at the time", in difference to his original statement..."you can carry a technology or patents at any value on your books".

If your friend is so sure that Szymanski hasn't sold these shares, why not for his personal satisfaction, have the company provide him a document that is signed and certified that the sell didn't occur. As Jack Nicholson stated in a recent movie...."You can't stand the truth",and this appears to be the case with your friend. It is obvious that your friend will only believe what he wants to believe and him being a stockholder should get him some consideration from the company.
