I purhased 50 shares of MALL last Monday and another 50 on Friday. I purchased the shares of MALL between 27 and 59 dollars a share. Will I get some of my money back?

Am I entitled to 0.8 shares for each share of MALL that I own? Did I have to purchase the MALL shares before the UBID IPO or is this ratio good for the future?

I laid out $ 4,100 for 100 shars of MALL. Now I am down $ 1,500 on paper. Will I get my money back? How and when do I get the the UBID shares that I am entitled to?
