There's really not much more to be said.

With respect to the delisting, what happened happened.

But I believe this will be cured.

I just find it hard to believe Sesame ad can debut at the New York City Yacht Club before a bunch of blue bloods, then the company buys Softbank Interactive Marketing which once led Doubleclick, and then in the process of leaping onto a Nasdaq stock the whole kit and kabottle falls apart due to a technicality? Wrong!

Be real folks. The Nasdaq is but another obstacle to getting the race going. The merged company horse will soon pull up to the gate of the Big Boards, with new acquistions and an effective executive management team. Then, bang, the good horse Zulu is FINALLY out of the gate.

I find it not only interesting but amazing that folks talk about what's happened in a race, which hasn't even yet begun. Oh well, place your bets the way you want to.

Jon:

Reverse mergers are done regularly if not weekly or daily to get a stock listed. Why don't they rum (hic) into the trouble that ZULU has?

Does Nasdaq only make the rules available to their exclusive club available to who they want? How dare they!

I bet they send someone out to spoon feed these other companies onto the board.

My, my, my. Poor Pat. Seems as if they throw something in his path everytime he turns around.

Speaking of spoon feeding.................

Why didn't Pat get some free assistance?

Most governmental or regulated agencies that I have worked with have systems in place for those companies or individuals needing assistance in interpreting rules and requirements.

I would think Pat, having the vast business experience he has, would have "enrolled" in one of these programs when he first started thinking reverse merger.

The agency would have helped him out and this thing would have been done long ago. (The individual giving the assistance/guidance usually has the authority to make on the spot approvals. Once s/he was confident with the application, etc. it would have been like "a rubber stamp".)

They (SEC or Nasdaq) would have made an appointment to meet with Zulu, gone over their books...................oh never mind. I answered my own question.

G'day
