Maxwell, First, I would not call Freynman, Shockley, etc. whacko. However, I would call whoever expresses the belief of ESP a whacko, like Josephson. He should know better. He is already a brilliant scientist. Being eccentric is not necessarily whacko. >>”You can't make that conclusion based upon your experience. What you have to understand is that compatibility problem among the super socket 7 MBs is a problem. That could be a reason for the lockup. Furthermore I don't think you are trained to put a computer system together correctly. There are hundreds of ways to make a wrong move.”<< Hey, I bet I know more about PCs than you do. When I have done very much testing on the system, this K6-2/330 can not be overclocked reliably, even a speed bin higher. Fact is fact. I start to suspect your claim or anyone's claim of overclocking K6 to super high speed. Maybe on one try only, but It takes many tries without failure to safely say that it works. Do you understand that now? >>”Believe it or not time traveling is possible according to the new 10 dimensional superstring theory. Einstein special relativity said that you can only go back in time if you go faster than speed of light and it takes infinite energy to reach speed of light. This theory however breaks down when the localization of energy or gravity becomes large.<< I can start to see the letters ‘c', ‘a', ‘w', ‘o', ‘k', and ‘h' circling above your head to spell out you know what. If you need a hint, please let me know. >>”In ten dimensional superstring it unites gravity, Maxwell equation, strong and weak force in a 10x10 matrix. Time is just like XYZ. Solution predicts that going backward in time is possible. But what about the paradoxes? The new theory suggest that if you go back in time and changed an event that is related to your past you haven't changed your future. What you have done is changed the future of a parallel person of yourself. You continues to live normally like the way you live.”<< This paradox theory which you seem to believe is merely an entertaining (very non-serious) tidbit for physicists. It is like watching the X-Files and Startrek. You seem to have problems separating facts from fantasies. I suggest you to watch fewer science fiction flicks from now on. Time Traveler
