Hi Colin!

999,999,000 of authorized shares, you ask what they'll be used for. Who knows? DO YOU? If so, please tell us. Are they planning to buy-out or merge with another company with these shares? WHAT do they have in mind that you claim here is so crazy?

What is so crazy is for a company of this size, and success level, to have nearly a billion shares.

I do NOT know what they plan to do with their restricted shares.

But I can tell you this:

In all my time watching pennies, ALMOST ALWAYS restricted shares are used to:

1. Sell for whatever the market will bear.
2. Use for payment or the like to folks who will (the moment they become unrestricted) sell them for whatever the market will bear.

Is SFAD going to do this like so many many many other pennies have in the past?

I don't know. No one does. So... my suspision is JUST as warrented as any enthusiasm. As a matter of fact when you look at the statistics for this kind of stock market 'play' my views are simply MORE JUSTIFIED.
