If there has been manipulation to keep gold prices at fixed low levels for the past year (for which the evidence appears to be strong), watch out for the EXPLOSIVE upward movement when that manipulation ends!! I seem to recall reading an article saying that world gold demand over the last year was 1,000 tonnes greater than what was mined. Perhaps January, 1999 will tell the story. Dr. Dave, I hope by then that MGR has taken over 100% of the Bumbat Mill so that MGR will be in position to start the money printing process.
