Ditchdigger,

Thanks for the info. It is very educational. I just hope tsig's management has done the right thing to avoid this "toxic convertibles" deal. If not, we are in for a good fight. Tsig should make money fast and show profit so that these people who short these stocks ahead to cover them after converting their preferred will fail real bad in their scheme of things, because if the price of tsig comes to 3 or 4 they will not be able to convert their preferred into the millions of common shares they hoped to get at their shorting price. So now, they will have to scramble and buy back the shares they shorted at higher prices even driving tsig's share price higher more. So, everybody on tsig thread, let us start the real guerilla war on the debt holders. Make every body who you know aware of tsig's unbeatable cd prices and the musiccard system to bring revenues in. I am about to buy right now 20 musiccards for x-mas gifts, not many, but it will help. That is twenty people I will introduce to tsig. Most of them love to have cd's. Ladies and gentlemen, if we all work in unison, we can beat the heck out of the debenture holders when tsig shows profit and the share price keeps on moving higher as the higher tsig share price is the only "pill" that works against the "toxic convertibles" syndrom. peace and good luck.
