About the Warrants and Preferred Shares, I have been out of the loop since about Monday night, at that point in time I was reassured all this was being distributed. So I thought all this was taken care of, <guess not from the sounds of it> I will be on the phone with the DTC Monday 0900. I am very surprised with the stock price I checked in with Tulsa Wed or Thurs... and I was told that the bad guys had made contact, wanting to clear some of the "issues" presented to them. In other words we are at the start of some very interesting and asset recovering negotiations. These bad guys are in no position to bargain, threaten, do anything except pay us back, or hmmmm better not post that. Um you have to read all 6000 posts Mr B... <LOL> Good to see you taking an interest in CVIA. If you click on Milks profile you will see a link to the "unofficial" CVIA page there is alot of good information in it, it will save you alot of time reading.

I thought you guys might be interested in this, a while back Bill U and I had been talking about a new CVIA web site and Bill is working on putting together a CVIA web site for us. From what we have discussed it is going to be a very very good site. The idea is we are going to try to set this up as our own little investment banking site on the Web, and we are also going to arrange it so that you can also get information off of the new companies, the proposed companies and the contenders... along with being able to publicly and directly ask these new companies questions etc etc long before they go public. We are also going to centralize all the information, (so that you dont have to search threads) Bill I hope you dont mind if I spam the thread, but maybe he will post some examples for you to see <g> KAA
