Morning Boys:

45 days doesn't sound as terrible as 6 months. How long does it take to put together a rig? 70 tractor trailer loads is one heck of a Lego set.

To answer your previous question, the problem child is Prima Energy Corp. (PENG) out of Denver. They had/have(?) 6.25%. Very conservative, highly decorated(Forbes), not the boasting types. I had to search high and low through their filings to find the info and then last weekend (must have been the cleaning lady manning the switch board - Utah she was not) and since, I haven't been able to get anyone to confirm or deny.

After all this hassle, I found their web site. Primaenergy.com
Another reason they may be a bit fire shy is they had another blowout elsewhere. Back in August, I believe, and it's still burning. A bit unnerving.

Check it out
