Worldwide sales of semiconductors rose a stronger-than-expected 6.3 percent in October from September according to The Semiconductor Industry Association. Message 6699362 MU, the first in the sector food chain has broken out. WFR, the last in the food chain has reversed into an uptrend and is basing. Unless the long-term uptrend for MU is violated and WFR breaks support, the sector rebound will be true. There are other indications, but MU and WFR provide basic and simple bounds.
