Sean, you might call it a demo, but it isn't the kind of demo I was talking about. I have ordered plenty of items that had money back trials and then never sent them back.

QP1 had a demo that could be downloaded. That is similar to shareware philosophy where you can try something out quickly and then buy it if you like it. That is exactly what I did with QP1 and I may have never ordered it without the demo. That is a big difference from ordering and paying for something, then having to ship it back if you don't like it. It isn't such a big deal with me because I have used QP1, but how many new people does QP lose because they don't have a demo for QP2 like they had for QP1?

It really seems like QP is lacking in the details. The lack of a demo, the poor manual, the lack of scan description on the QP2 site, poor handling of upgrade. This scares me more than anything. It seems as if they are understaffed or something, which leads me to believe they may not be in a very strong financial position.
