John: Welcome back. Hope you are not to exhausted to post. :) Concerning the proxies, you make good points. One would think if any issues for vote are material, they would have to be put on the mailings. Can you recall the types of issue brought up at the last minute. One cannot be a proxy for some issues and not all. I for one would choose to exercise my rights on any material issues. Your intentions are honorable and I believe we are on the same page concerning most issues. If their is a sound reason to delegate, I will not have a problem asking you to vote my shares, and would appreciate your assistance. jmt
