L.D. I agree completely with what you said. I also was annoyed and frustrated by JP and his bombardment of TA messages to this thread. However, some of his points were valid. It just got blown out of proportion which led to more messages, etc. I almost posted a message to him myself telling him to go take a leap... but I didn't... I will occassionally post a message here where I refer to "chart reading" (in the limited form that I do it...). Basically, I post such messages to exchange my ideas and opinions with some others here who follow WSP on a daily basis (Abbeydale, red, marcos, etc...). I have only "traded" WSP once so far. I am not a "day trader", although I do some daytrading when the opportunity presents itself (T.BII recently). I will also sometimes trade the swings on a stock I hold, such as WSP. This is done to attempt to take some profits when the opportunities present themselves, and I will gladly re-enter the stock at a lower level once again if the story remains intact. I don't believe that my "investment stategy" is better than anybody elses... far from it! I'm always looking to improve my stategy. That is why I value other people opinions so much (learning from others is how I have developed my current trading strategy). I also agree with you that most day traders don't spend much time in places like SI - I would also venture to say that most don't play penny stocks either! My post was not meant to defend those who come here and abuse this thread.... it was just meant to point out that everyone should be free to post their opinions here in a *responsible and intelligent* way! Those who step beyond the boundaries of making responsible and intelligent comments will undoubtedly lose credibility and be ignored (that is the best way to deal with them... responding to them just encouranges them to continue - a basic observation of human nature). Just so you know, I don't think I will ever "day trade" WSP... but I will attempt to sell part of my holdings whenever it gets ahead of itself, and I'll buy more when it becomes oversold. How will I determine when WSP has achieved either of those conditions... I will use my best judgement based on the way the market is behaving. I will also happily share my observations with this thread, and I will have the benefit of the observations of others on this thread. This thread will also provide us all with a solid understanding of the fundamentals on WSP. All in all, everyone will be better off for it... All the best to you L.D. Chad
