Many companies have already raised their margin requirements on internet stocks, this should actually help stabilize the price for us. If you look at Navarre's #'s, they really would be smart to spin off NetRadio for the income. IPO's are still hot tickets and our mentality to expect 50-100% return in 5 days or less is crazy! This will take time and I for one would like to see gradual price increases in NAVR versus such irrational moves.

NAVR will go up in price with a IPO spinoff and there will be lots of people who will want to own NAVR because of this. It's hard to remain calm after we all got screwed Monday morning and actually start to second guess ourselves about the price of NAVR, but eventually they will spin off NetRadio as internet IPO's will be in demand> Will it be in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months - who knows??? But look at their numbers and you'll understand why spinning off NetRadio really makes sense for NAVR!

If you believe the internet is here to stay and become a permanent fixture then NAVR with NetRadio makes sense. Just don't expect a huge return in 5 days, this may take a couple of months!

NAVR's stock price would indeed go up with the IPO spin off!

Woody,

Cramer might have also said all that negative
stock to scare the little guy out and, of course,
with margin calls, the little guy HAS to sell his
NAVR shares. Then anyone with a bit more cash can
pick up these shares at bargain prices ..........
