Sergio

amigo Mike, Jose, and myself had a whole lot of fun with a Yahoo board poster on APCO. He was an obvious short and I am quite sure his goose is now cooked. I normally do not find myself on Yahoo boards but this person was such an idiot I had to say something.

That said, I do wish APCO would have closed at or above 9 5/8 strong magnet on Friday, but, if it gaps over it on volume you can bet I will be in line Monday AM to get some.

Wouldn't you sell if you were an insider and Honda wasn't looking to renew ? Sorry, I know that was a rhetorical question. So are APCO insiders selling ?

But they could buy themselves some SEC trouble if they did that. But we all know APCO is too much of a class act to do something like. :-)

>>I'm sure that APCO insiders would be selling their shares if they believed that Honda renewal was not in the cards.<<

I am still very positive when it comes to the Honda deal being completed very shortly. That being said, EVEN if the Honda deal was not to go through, the arrangement with Banc One if even half as successful as they think it can be, it will triple the sales from
Honda. Secondly Mr. Dorfman stated in a couple of conference calls ago that even if they lost the HOnda deal, they would aggressively pursue those dealerships.
