Not to be a pest--you never told me whether you saw the original 20K order in the ARCA book and how long it took for it to fill (at and above the ask) and become the bid.

Also, is the ARCA book a separate screen from level II?

I didn't realize MB had discontinued the Island book--do you know why? Watley did the same thing.

Rick, I recall some carping a while back about ARCA being slower than ISLD. Am I mistaken? Can you generalize that in a fast moving stock an enriched SOES offer is best? Or ...?
