I had about a one minute conversation with Dr. Follinsbee., really very little time to converse., having been cutoff due to other calls., he asked me to call him back., I did manage to ask him one question., about the circumstances of the report. He told me it was prepared for a brokerage house., and was concerned with how it ended up on the internet., we just started to discuss the cone theory., and the other calls came in., so we never really had much of a chance to get into the theory behind the report.
