With 700 million shares O/S, the only ones who might make money are some very QUICK traders. You don't want to hold this for more than a couple of days.

Tell me, have you ever heard of another stock with 700 million shares O/S? Sounds like a record to me.

Sounds like someone's idea of a bad joke if those numbers are correct.

BTW, wasn't Superstock one of the companies cited by the SEC for illegal online practices? Like taking shares for their promos without reporting it?

The worms are starting to come out of the wood work.

Please clarify what you mean by the above statement.

I'm not Hyping I'm saying this is a way to make money.

Hmm... OK.

David: In the issue of 600MM shares one more time? Pre 10 for 1 splitt is 6000MM

shares so how did they ever have that many? Also on 2/18/98 SEC for SC13D
it states 705,477,200 shares outstanding. with a 10 to 1 reverse splitt
it get's to a total of 70,547,720 yes that's the number! of outstanding shares
current!

Due to the fact that if you think there are a total of 705,977,200 on 11/13/98
the company would have to have had a total pre the splitt of 70,597,720,000
That's imposible! so we must get the facts streight once and for all pre Monday
IMO. On 2/09/98 585,819,936 new issued restricted unregistered common stock
went to -INI- former shareholders. + 49,109,544 shares new issue restricted
un registered common to etc.etc.& ect. this gives us a total of 634,929,476 total.
less the total of 11/13/98 for 705,977,200 = 71,047,724 float....

Question:
1. is there conversion of 585,819,936 to 58,581,994 ???? 144 stock Restricted
2. is there conversion of -49,109,544 to -4,910,954 ???? 144 stock Restricted
3. is there conversion of -71,047,724 to -7,104,772 ???? Float
4. Warrants conversion ?? 147,273,800 to 14,727,380 ???? Warrants May 31, 1997?
Value of the common on Feb 06, 1998 was .004 per share and on Mar. 11, 98' it was .032
cents per share. You see there cannot be the bump in issue if the value of the
price did not follow! Your numbers are not working for me. Can you or someone give
this a re-try......
