Emile I am sorry but you are completely erroneous in your perception of Dan's message. I can guarantee you that in my conversations with Dan, he has never given me a mixed message about his beliefs. he believes that I am wrong in my beliefs and that without Jesus, my soul will go to eternal hell, my Jewish heritage not withstanding. It seemed pretty clear to me. the difference is that Dan will not persecute me, and will have responsible, honest dialogue with me. dialogue that is based on mutual respect. I do not hate dan for his beliefs, or his perceptions of my beliefs. In fact I admire the way that he cn hold true to his beliefs and still be civil, gracious, and humane. I commend and admire him for that. I certainly dont hold his beliefs against him, and hope he feels the same way about how I have conducted myself in regards to him. That is an example of how people with different beliefs can be separated by those beliefs, but joined by a common humanity. different beliefs dont have to make enemies, they can make friends who believe differently. It's much better that way, and I believe much closer to god's plan for us. Sincerley mark

In context of what I was trying to say, had not much to do with """modern""" My thought was on this type of scripture. Ez. 20:5.....On the day I chose Israel, I swore with uplifted hand to the descendants of the house of Jacob and revealed myself to them in Egypt. With uplifted hand I said to them, "I am the LORD your God." God did choose Israel. My thought is that as I said God is no respecter of persons, and all have availability of the cross. What I mean is that if one wants to say "I am Jewish" or go to a "temple" then who am I to judge? And I am equal to any in the blood, names notwithstanding. The only way that I see the MArkoffs or Donald falling from grace is to deny that Jesus CHrist is the Son of God and I don't see that. If one wants to be a legalist that is fine but it only serves to drive away. You are splitting hairs because I am not perfect and don't always say things exactly right. GOD IS ABLE TO MAKE ME STAND!! define saint dan
