Daniel, Not sure I am clear what you are getting, but Ross Ditlove made it clear to me that getting backbone service from a secondary provider is no good ( eg. I had MSN because it is on UUNET). You have to go direct to UUNET. This is what worked for me. HUGE difference. I had tried Earthlink (which is Sprint) and GTE as well as MSN and had same "bounce" probs with all three. Checked my tal log for Friday. Had only one buffer warning, which last one second! Compared to droputs of up to two minutes on MSN. Rick
