If Cpq and Dell are lowering prices because they have lowered their costs of doing business, then things are fine, and the consumers will benefit. However, if the price reductions aren't offset by reduced costs, than watch out. This is then the time to get out of the stocks. A price war, for the sake of gaining market share is not the way to go.
