One more thing,

I have read some posts about how IPOs may not raise the majority holding stock. USAI with TMCS was sited. I disagree if this stock is used as the example. USAI from what I have read has its own set of problems.

Manly, I agree, I'd rather short a stock even in the teens rather than an $8 one. I am sure there are plenty of better shorts out there now.

My average price is 13 1/4 now, so I'd be content to wait at these levels and slowly move up. I just hope we stabilize here, and not fall further down. Which, of course, would probably make me average down for a fourth time.......
