Like I said before, why don't we just wait and see instead of INSINUATING, I see a lot of negative posts have suddenly appeared with no actual facts, leading me to believe that a tag team has arrived to bring down the stock for whatever purpose. Just My Opinion

Umm.. did you say something about not INSINUATING?? And then something about a 'TAG TEAM'?? ;)

Arguments can always seem silly to one who holds a strong opinion in either direction. If you mean to say that I have appeared on this thread to bash the stock for some gain (which would almost be impossible I think) then I might as well say that you and David are somehow being rewarded for hyping the stock (which would be FAR from impossible I think).

Don't like that statement do you?

Well neither do I. And I am not saying it.

What I am asking is that you do not in one breath criticize me for 'insinuating' and in the next suggest that I am somehow conspiring against this stock. You cannot have it both ways. If you open the door on conspiracy, then I will walk right through it with you. Deal?

On the other hand... if this company is destined to be successful, then nothing I say can have any effect on it's price. Is that not true?

I hope from the bottom of my heart that for those who are long SFAD have done their research, and have a resolve that cannot be easily shaken by my words. The risks you take are always your own, and if you believe that it is worth the risk then that is cool.

If SFAD is the freight train that some think it is, then allow me to stand in front of it, as I allow you to ride it. I have, and never will suggest that anyone should sell their stock or buy any (although I have been hearing advice of that kind all over this thread recently)

What I do believe is if SFAD is a freight train it is not me standing on the tracks.

Believe me. When the dust settles, it will be no fun for the ones who survive to dance on the graves of the unfortunate.

I THINK before I invest, and encourage others to consider these questions:

1. Where will the common rich person go if she wants to buy a Gucci watch over the internet? The cheapest place? A site they have not heard of? A site for a well known retailer? gucci.com?

2. Why does SFAD have so many authorized shares? (999,999,000)

3. What will happen to the price of this company once the shares that are restricted start to be sold. (And do not tell me this doesn't matter until the restricted stock is in the float... That is not the way the stock market works. The market is ALWAYS looking forward.)

4. What do you honestly think of the companies website? (http://www.incybermall.com) Does it look like a serious competitor? Will they be one by the Christmas season? (when does the Christmas season start?? ;)

5. Who are SFADS competition? What are their resources? How do their sites look? (try macys.com)

6. What is their business plan? How about marketing? How did a site like amazon get to where it is today? Will SFAD be doing those things?

7. When will (did) you buy SFAD? When will (did, are) you selling (sell)? Whose opinion will you allow to change when (if) you buy or sell?

I am not offering answers to these questions. And forgive me if my negative bias shows through. :) You *must* answer these questions (and others) for yourself. You shouldn't believe anyone elses negative or positive bias.

Have a good weekend, and good investing!
