<<My feelings say that the next thing we hear from the company will be
overwhelmingly positive. They know that we don't want to see a press release saying
that something will or could happen. We want one that says something DID happen. It
takes time for things to happen - especially when you're dealing internationally. >>

MY SENTIMENTS EXACTLY!!! IMO, a major reason we are in the "quiet period" is that DGIV is making sure the next announcements have MAJOR IMPACT!! DGIV knows that to attract the next wave of investors, it needs to show REAL contracts. It wants to take its time to be certain that the contracts are signed/sealed and delivered before making any public announcement. DGIV management knows that the long-term shareholders who have waited patiently will wait for these announcements since they are believers in the company. To attract new investors, however, SUBSTANTIAL announcements will be needed; hence, the "quiet period" is used to close deals and sign contracts.

The next announcements should therefore be "interesting"!!!

Perhaps those who have been accumulating the stock at these prices feel the same way .IMO, once the announcements are made, they will be of such impact that the price will definitely be much higher than where we are at this time. I too am willing to wait for the reward!!

One more thing to keep in mind:
To do its business, DGIV needs to set up demonstrations using its servers in the various foreign countries. Also, it needs to fly its own technicians to these places to do the demos. We know DGIV has been close to deals in several places and is actively working in many other countries. Obviously, it has the financing necessary to buy the servers, ship them to these foreign countries, send its technicians to these places to do the demos. It seems quite apparent to me that DGIV has the cash necessary to accomplish all of these things. Now, it is close to getting major revenues streams from the signed contracts.I don't think cash is a problem :)

I can't see what is holding up the 1997 filing...

Message 4081167

"SANTA MONICA, Calif.,April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Digitcom Interactive Video Network (OTC Bulletin Board: DGIV) today announced net income of $292,585 for the year ending December 31, 1997. The company was listed on the Nasdaq Bulletin Board on September 22, 1997.

Auditor Alex D. Domantay & Associates' complete results will be available in the company's 10-K filing that will soon appear on Edgar."

Then....

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Digitcom Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board:DGIV - news) has been informed by the Company's counsel that is aiding in the filing of SEC Form
10-SB that documentation requirements will necessitate delays unanticipated in previous announcements made by the company.

Digitcom announced today that it is experiencing delays in the filing of the Form 10-SB referenced in its April 2, and September 3, 1998 press releases and cannot predict, at this time, when the Form will be filed.

How can you perform an audit without the necessary documentation? I can understand an audit being delayed for such a reason... but why hold back the filing if the audit was done?

Was the audit good or not? They have no idea when they can file financials? In April, it was "soon"...

Who is Alex Domantay? Has anyone ever talked to him? I can't find a phone number for this firm... maybe he shares offices with Louis International?

$10 says that if anyone calls DGIV, they won't be able to provide a phone number for their auditor, either.
