while we are very sure that we are Y2K compliant

gsun,

Have you received assurance from your local utility that there will NO disruption of power??

Have you received any assurance that water (assuming power exists) supplied to your facility is not over-treated with purifying chemicals by the local utility? If you have water that is suspect, or none at all, you will not be able to work in your particular building according to code restrictions (unless restrictions are waived).

Do you rely upon the transporation infrastructure (railways, air freight) for your supplies or services?

Do you rely upon any data sources or suppliers that have not yet provided their assurance that they have little or no vulnerabilities to Y2K??

Do you have an reliance on timely and accurate flow of information from your local or state gov't?

Or finally, do any of your major customers have any of the above vulnerabilities?

This is the broader scope of analysis that I feel needs to be addressed for investors and citizenry (as well as myself) to be more confident it will only be a minor event in the US economy.

But also, I need to hear reassurance from foreign economies as well, for if they fail, the global financial chaos will have tremendous repercussions on the US.

Btw. I'm glad to hear your company has been so proactive and has few internal problems. Many small companies will not fair as well.

Regards,

Ron
