The stock was being accumulated for a period of time before the "newsletter", IMO. Someone out there feels that this "quiet period" is the time to buy the shares, before the announcements come out(whenever the "quiet period" ends).

Also, the volume has been increasing, but we did not have the sort of "explosive " volume we had in April/May, which would suggest to me that we did not have the same type of "speculating" we had previously.
