Looks to me like Mr. Duckman owns about two thirds less than he use to.

>>>Already, whether you realize it or not, you're acting as if JT is right, that it was intentional.<<<

Look, lets get this clear. I am not prejudice against anything or anybody. I am about as open minded as a person gets. If and when E/Z does something right, I will acknowledge it in a positive manner. So far they haven't done anything that is of benefit to the common shareholder.

As far as Jon goes, I think he is right. No prejudice involved. I think it was intentional. Ask yourself, "Is anyone with as much business background as these companies supposedly have, that stupid?"

You did read about the college football player that intentionally fumbled at the goal line for money didn't you? Same goes here. All the way to the goal line.

Now for the prejudice on your part. You are prejudice against anyone or anything that is said that reflects negatively on this company. If it is negative or criticism, it just can't be true in your opinion.

That is prejudice.

There is no "deficiency" that can be "cured".

The stock has been de-listed.

The rules are clear - if they want to get back on NASDAQ, they need to apply for listing, and will have to meet the more stringent requirements of a new listing.

In short, they have a snowball's chance in hell.

Hey Party, I was doing some old reading and came up with this tidbit:

I said were it not for Lair, Meatchem and Burgess I would have been out of this stock.

What are you still doing here?

Here's another great blast from the past:

I'm still willing to give The New Zulu time to get its act together, but only if Steve Lair is at the top every bit of the way.
