T.Y. Now were just about at a WIN, on this issue! CAPITALIZATION $$$ STOCK--- --From the SEC, SC13D Section 4 (b) there are Authorized shares totaling if ever they wish to issue them,,,,(and they may not ever) of 999,999,000 in total. --Second issue is the common outstanding is a total of 70,547,720 yet of that total there is a total of (144 restricted (for two (2) years I read) total shares) of 63,492,948 leaving a total on the street of 7,054,773 common issued and float. --Last is the stock that would bring in money ($$cash$$) from the time of them exercising there option, (in this case warrants) Question! (I wonder where we could buy or trade the warrants?) yet the total was 147,272,800 warrants (no price listed) I need to find out the price of the warrants when issued. So at the present time if all warrants were exercised over the past months we could have the total of 147,272,800 + 7,054,773 = 154,327,573 shares float. and or with the (144 restricted issue) + 63,492,948 = 217,820,521 total common outstanding. with a price at close of $oo.046 X 217,820,521 = $10,019,744 Market Cap. --Note: if the warrants were exercised on the 154,327,573 shares at say $.008 would that not bring in to the company $1,234,620.40 and there cash posittion would show the number in a 'SEC' file after the effective change date of Feb. 9, 1998 This was all guessing at the info as I have nothing firm I need to talk to the T.A.
