You won't get an argument on that one. That's why the major sports leagues don't want to expand to every city. They'll keep using that card. But then, it's no different from auto makers getting concessions from Tennessee, South Carolina, or other states. Motorola or some other chip makers got concessions on taxes here in Virginia. So, where does one draw the line on tax concessions?
