It would be helpful for the company to let shareholders know the terms of the latest financing. Many OTCBB stocks have been driven to their deaths by such convertibole preferred offerings and subsequent shorting by the financiers in order to get more shares. One can only hope that RG, who already had a suit involving shorters and had other offers of friendly financing, chose the current financiers because they agreed to an anti-shorting clause and other terms favorable to the company.
