next year the OTC BB will have reporting requirements, and also a $1 minimum. I expect you're probably right in your prediction that ESVS and ZULU move the pink sheets then. I don't think that the merger will go through, as I don't believe that it is legal, and don't think they will get the necessary shareholder approvals. It sure is hard now. All the agreements were laid out with drop dead dates of the end of this month. I also have my doubts as to whether the companies had ever intended the merger to go through. That's a scary thought for investors. BF
