Hey Bobby,

I've loved your analysis on the XAU.

Here's a bit of information I heard from Mo Ansari of Compak Trading out in CA. compak.com (He's on our local business radio station and I have always found his insight very objective and buy-side oriented).

Anyway, he's a little concerned about when the European central banks unite they may liquidate some of their gold reserves, now currently held by each individual central bank. He suspects that, once joined, their combined holdings of gold may lead to this selling.

Of course, I've heard that the big gold producers have stated that they are willing to buy all the gold that central bankers decide to sell, feeling that gold is very undervalued relative to the level of economic and financial distress in the world today.

Your impression on this info??

Regards,

Ron
