I'm still in. I have no problem reconciling Sim's buy-back press release with recent (as well as rather small) price deterioration.

I totally disagree with those who think that the stock price is related to mgt's inexperience with buybacks. I think Sim, Hock, Craig and Danforth all know what they are doing - they just aren't sharing their strategy with the public - yet.

I could very well be wrong, but I fully expect these guys to purchase as much stock as possible before the deadline in the next couple of weeks. Still think $20 or better is achievable and while I don't want to jinx anything, the downside, at least for the next couple of weeks, looks fairly limited at this level.

Ben, don't know how long you've been following either Creative or the soundcard industry, but the "news" you posted about Dell is the equivalent of being some six (6) months old inasmuch as that was about the time that Dell stopped using the AWE64. Even if I was not a shareholder, I think an educated consumer would do well to purchase the best soundcard currently, and in the forseeable future, on the market, the SB Live!

Ben, The best time to take profits is when you have 'em, so I never worry over taking a nice bite out of a move in a stock. So many fish in the sea....good luck!
