Seems to me that many on the Dell thread think there *are* no chinks in Dell's armor, that they will continue to gain share everywhere like clockwork, and that nothing stands in the way. Kind of the way IBM fans thought in the 70's and early 80's. I think a cold shower would do them some good. I remember one guy on the thread posting how long it would take his hundred shares to make him a millionaire. Another said we should be able to do another five splits in five years. When you point out that another five splits would leave around 40 billion shares in the float and close to a trillion dollar market cap, they seem lost!!!!
